Logistics:
  • This site is serviced by the Union Pacific and is also connected by the RailAmerica Kiamichi Shortline railroad which is connected to three class one rail carriers: Burlington Northern-Santa Fe, Kansas City Southern and the Union Pacific. 
  • This property is less than ¼ mile from four lane US HWY 69/75. US 69/75 is a major four-lane highway artery in the states of Oklahoma and Texas for truck transportation traffic.

City of Durant Infrastructure:
  • The water pressure is 55 PSI at the airport water tower. The total water capacity is 1,250,000 gallons. The water line size is a 16-inch main.

Electric Service - Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OGE) is the electric provider to the proposed building site. Oklahoma Gas & Electric has 3-Phase service in the area and will provide industrial service to the proposed site with voltage and capacity to be determined by the customer’s electrical requirements. This site is serviced by both the Bodle Electric Power Substation and the Colbert Electric Power Substation. Typically, there are at least two substations that service each industrial site, based upon the amount of electrical power used. This site also has full switching capabilities.
 
Natural Gas Service- Oklahoma Natural Gas Company is the natural gas service provider to this site. 
           
·        4-inch natural gas pipeline with a working pressure of 35 psi – located across the street on Business HWY 69. In 2005, Oklahoma Natural Gas will replace the existing gas line with a new 6” line
 
Environmental Studies: There has not been a Phase I & Phase II Environmental Study performed at this site. However, Subsoil Boring Tests from Dudley and Associates is available with testing data from June 26, 1996.
